1. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return or exchange request through our website, a reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will apply. Please note exchange is applicable once per item.
2. Note: If the Order is processed Cash On Delivery then the shipping charges won’t be refunded.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during
transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags.
5. Reward points and store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.
6. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thefourthroute.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. You can always contact us for any return question at support@thefourthroute.com.
8. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Damages and issues
9. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO IN CASE THERE ARE ANY DEFECTS OR LESSER ITEMS. MOREOVER, WHILE HANDING OVER THE RETURN TO THE DELIVERY PARTNER PLEASE RECORD A PROOF OF THE SAME.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
10. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on product clearance sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
11. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
12. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
